2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation. If any information changes, the support team must be notified without delay.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized access or a security breach, please notify our support immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

The currently accepted payment methods on qg33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these are not accepted. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 1 hour

Deposits are credited to the account instantly. For withdrawals, identity verification must be completed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

3.4 Currency

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit at qg33, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, for a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

In cases of abuse or manipulation of the bonus policy, qg33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

4.4 VIP Cashback

qg33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and the platform's criteria.

4.5 Right to Modify Bonuses

qg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Notice will be given on the platform in the event of changes. Changes will not apply to wagering requirements that are already in progress.

5.1 Fair Play

qg33 operates on a fair play principle. All game outcomes are neutral and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulating the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error or system disruption, qg33 will provide a reasonable resolution. Winnings arising from technical errors will not be considered valid.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Hacking or unauthorized access to games or systems
• Stealing another member's information or identity fraud
• Using illegal methods to predict game outcomes
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering

5.4 Sports Betting

All bets in the sports betting section are settled according to applicable rules. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. In special circumstances (such as a match being abandoned), settlement rules may differ.
